Amazing office and staff! Loved the girls in the front as well as the assistants, hygienists and Dr.Thakore. Had a cleaning done with Rika and almost fell asleep of how gentle she was. 100% recommend this office! Amazing ambiance and energy!!

I've been coming here for 15+ years and I absolutely love the people here. Dr. Boss has always done amazing work. Dr. Thakur has been an amazing as well. She did my denture and it came out so beautiful!!! The whole dental arts team are always very kind and caring. I'm very thankful for them all working hard to bring back my smile after years of feeling self conscious and not being able to smile infront of people. My family and I have been coming here for years. They are very friendly and we enjoy coming here. People at the front desk always greet you with a smile and kindness. My kids didnβt like the dentist til they came here. They are patience, very clean and plenty of parking. I recommend them to anyone. Merry Xmas.
My family began using Dr. Boss over 30 years ago and we still go there today. Dr. Thakore is very much like Dr. Boss. They are compassionate, friendly and caring dentists who never turn you away, even in an emergency. The staff is very nice too!Great, great dental service for many years. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the staff at this office. I started coming here in college when I attended UMass Lowell, and I continue to drive out here for my appointments all the way from Medford, MA. Dr. Vihangi Thakore is truly wonderful. She has even filled my cavity on a regular cleaning visit to help me avoid a second road trip. They are extremely prompt with appointments (sometimes I even get in early), they are tech-savvy (automated text reminders for my next appointment), and they are kind and friendly. Grateful to have access to such an amazing dental staff and office!
Dr. Thakore is fabulous! She always has a smile and a cheerful disposition. She is very informative and makes you feel very comfortable with your dental decisions. She makes you feel at ease while you are in her dental chair and is very gentle while sheβs performing her work. She always makes sure you are comfortable during your procedure. I spoke directly with Dr. Thakore (which BTW can I say is the KINDEST doctor and maybe even person I've ever met)). Dr. Thakore gave clarity on the office's side and was absolutely more than willing and so SO helpful with the financial side (original complaint was due to a billing issue). Lesson learned, when in doubt, be polite and ask to speak with Dr. Thakore because she's incredible! Cannot recommend this practice anymore than if I shouted from the rooftops holding a promotion sign!

Just recently had 2 fillings taken care of and had a great experience. Iβve been seeing them for about 10 years now. Itβs a welcoming environment and they do a great job. The office staff is attentive and explain your benefits well, so you understand everything. Dr. Thakore has been consistently fantastic in my time with them. Sheβs extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented throughout the process. I highly recommend Lowell Dental Arts in you are looking in the area.

I had an amazing experience at Lowell dental arts. I was in a time crunch, needing to move to another state but had a lot of work needed to be done to my teeth. The employees took incredible care of me between making sure I got all the appointments in a short time, being patient with me, and doing amazing work on my teeth. Between the doctors and the woman up front I wouldnβt choose another dentist if I could.

I have been a patient here for many years and the care is second to none. This visit unfortunately was my last as I was relocating on two days from my appointment. They worked diligently to get me in prior to my departure. I will certainly miss the quality care and highly recommend the entire staff here

I have been coming to this dentist ever since I was a little girl and I will never change. I love the people the workers and my children will come here as well. Everytime I have a cavity they fix it and there quick and easy. Always scheduling the time I need and always accommodating.

This place is really great. Starting with the staff at the front desk. Very accommodating and always ready to work with your schedule. Special thanks to Dr. Thakore - she is simply amazing. I have had many cleanups and cavities done in the past at other places but the job Dr. Thakore did was simply amazing. I could easily notice the extra time she took to make sure the newly filled cavity felt as if it was never there! Definitely doing all my future dental work there.
