The staff were excellent and professional and made the experience great
Very clean and professional. The front desk has always been very nice and helpful. The dental hygienists and dentists are all great. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

(Editing my previous review [you'll see two by me since originally my review was so long it needed two separate reviews because of the character limit] and going back to 5 stars. I spoke directly with Dr. Thakore (which BTW can I say is the KINDEST doctor and maybe even person I've ever met)). Dr. Thakore gave clarity on the office's side and was absolutely more than willing and so SO helpful with the financial side (original complaint was due to a billing issue). Lesson learned, when in doubt, be polite and ask to speak with Dr. Thakore because she's incredible! Cannot recommend this practice anymore than if I shouted from the rooftops holding a promotion sign!

I’ve enjoyed the care and treatment from the whole team at Lowell Dental Arts. Dr. Thakore and the entire staff are hard-working, polite and very friendly. I feel like my oral health is being cared for, and I’m happy to have them as my dentist!
Just recently had 2 fillings taken care of and had a great experience. I’ve been seeing them for about 10 years now. It’s a welcoming environment and they do a great job. The office staff is attentive and explain your benefits well, so you understand everything. Dr. Thakore has been consistently fantastic in my time with them. She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented throughout the process. I highly recommend Lowell Dental Arts in you are looking in the area.

I had an amazing experience at Lowell dental arts. I was in a time crunch, needing to move to another state but had a lot of work needed to be done to my teeth. The employees took incredible care of me between making sure I got all the appointments in a short time, being patient with me, and doing amazing work on my teeth. Between the doctors and the woman up front I wouldn’t choose another dentist if I could.

I have been a patient here for many years and the care is second to none. This visit unfortunately was my last as I was relocating on two days from my appointment. They worked diligently to get me in prior to my departure. I will certainly miss the quality care and highly recommend the entire staff here

I've been going to lowell dental arts for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.. the drs are kind and gentle. The dental assistants are top shelf

they were really accommodating at seeing me earlier than I should have been seen due to my dentist being on vacation, they also set me up with a nice toothbrush after my visit which went quick and easy to figure out what was wrong with me. 10/10 would get my wisdom removed again if possible.

I have been coming to this dentist ever since I was a little girl and I will never change. I love the people the workers and my children will come here as well. Everytime I have a cavity they fix it and there quick and easy. Always scheduling the time I need and always accommodating.

This place is really great. Starting with the staff at the front desk. Very accommodating and always ready to work with your schedule. Special thanks to Dr. Thakore - she is simply amazing. I have had many cleanups and cavities done in the past at other places but the job Dr. Thakore did was simply amazing. I could easily notice the extra time she took to make sure the newly filled cavity felt as if it was never there! Definitely doing all my future dental work there.
